Pricing & Payment1. How much does it cost?
We believe in simplicity and value for money, this is why you can create and own your very own gallery site for just $12.99 per month which includes hosting. Your site is packed with great features such as ecommerce functionality, blogs and information pages, well crafted gallery pages, and unlimited flexibility in terms of the content you can add.
2. How can I pay?
As Gallereo is a fairly new venture, you can currently pay by Pay Pal, with Credit Card processing coming soon. If you would like to pay by bank transfer in the meantime, please contact us before your free trial is over.
3. Is there a free trial available?
Yes, you can have a 30 day free trial with Gallereo. If you have any questions or suggestions during that time, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us!
4. What happens after my free trial is over?
Once your 30 days has expired, we hope that you will want to stay with us. If you do, you will be prompted to enter your billing information at the end of your trial. Once you've done that you will be able to continue to use your gallery as usual.
5. What happens after the first paid month?
We charge monthly for a Gallereo site, so in your gallery admin system, there is a section called "My Account". In here we have everything that you need to manage your relationship with Gallereo. You can change your password, update your billing information and view previous invoices for your subscription to Gallereo.
When your free trial comes to an end, you will be prompted to subscribe to Gallereo which is a really simple process, and what's more, you're not tied to any long contracts, you can cancel at any time, without any hassle.
6. Does Gallereo take a commission from my website?
No! All that you pay to Gallereo is the monthly hosting fee of $12.99. Everything that you make on your website is all for you. We don't have access to any of your orders or transactions, those are between you and your clients.
7. Are there discounts available?
Yes, we offer free websites to students to help them get on their feet in the art community. Contact us at support@gallereo.com for more information.
8. I want to shut my gallery and close my account?
While we will be sad to see you go, there may be some reason that you want to close your account and shut down your gallery site. This can be done easily. Drop us an email to support@gallereo.com and we will explain how to cancel
9. How to Re-activate a Subscription that has Been Suspended in PayPal?
If you have a subscription with us (or anyone) through PayPal and it has been suspended you can reactivate it by following these steps:
- Log into your PayPal account and go to Profile -> My Money.
- In the row for 'My preapproved payments' click 'Update'. Here you will see a list of all of your recurring payments.
- Find the subscription you need to reinstate and click on the title. The next page will show you all the details of this subscription. Click 'Re-activate' to re-activate your subscription.
